If an actress - and I can't believe I'm about to use this word so I'll emphasize it - settled for a measly $25 million for a few months work, that's the fault of no one but her and the people she pays to represent her. Whether you're talking about the price of a house, a car, or your services playing a fictional character, emoting while reading words somebody else wrote, what you're selling is worth exactly what someone is willing to pay for it.
